Forecast Discussion: A cloudy start to the morning, however, expect changes to the forecast for this afternoon. The overcast skies will give way to some sunshine this afternoon allowing for us to reach a high temperature of 68 degrees. Winds will be out of the SE at 5-10 mph. The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has placed much of Central Indiana under a marginal risk for severe weather. Upper portions of northeastern Indiana remain under a slight risk for severe weather today. The primary threat right now is damaging winds and hail. We can never rule out the potential for an isolated tornado. These thunderstorms are likely to develop in the late afternoon and evening will likely end in the early morning hours Wednesday. Wednesday is looking to be a much better day. Expect mostly sunny skies, however, it will be dominated with breezy winds. Winds will be out of the WSW at 20-25 mph.
