WCRD Weather – 2/9/16 Morning Update

Forecast Discussion: Slick roads and snowfall painted the picture of this morning’s commute. However, those scattered snow showers are not leaving anytime soon. Today, expect those short snow bursts to continue to be around the area for most of today and into the day tomorrow. Expect high temperatures to only reach 29 degrees, but they may feel colder due to the breezy WNW winds at 10-15 mph. Total snow accumulations during the day are looking to be less than a inch. Tonight, conditions will not be improving by any means. Breezy winds and scattered snow showers will continue accompanying a overnight low of 15 degrees. Wednesday will be chilly with highs only climbing into the teens. Partly cloudy skies and sun return to the forecast for Thursday and Friday.
