WCRD Weather – 1/28/16 Morning Update

Forecast Discussion: A sunny start to this morning was a nice relief to the cloudy conditions from the last couple days. However, the sunshine will not be sticking around all day today. Clouds will begin to move into the area around mid-afternoon brining along with it the chance of a few rain/snow showers. Right now, accumulations are not looking to be significant by any means but a few flurries or sprinkles of rain could be around this evening. Expect a high today of 37 degrees and an overnight low of 26. Take note that temperatures are likely to feel more chilly due to the winds out of the west at 10-15 mph, in addition to some gusts up to 20 mph. Friday is shaping up to be another nice day, however, chilly. Expect partly cloudy skies and a high of 36 degrees. Friday night’s temperatures are looking to drop down to near freezing with lows in to lower 30’s. The weekend is looking to be optimistic in regards to temperatures, but rain chances return.
