Forecast Discussion: The remainder of your Thursday is going to be cloudy with some breaks in the clouds occurring midday. Those breaks in the clouds will allow us to warm up to 74 degrees today. The winds, making it breezy, will remain out of the SW at 10 to 15 mph. Tonight, expect those breezy conditions to stick around, in addition to some gusts up to 25 mph. The next chance of precipitation returns for your morning on Friday. Some scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop after midnight tonight and stick around into the early parts of Friday morning. We could see up to a .25 inch of rain from this system. Once the cold front moves through the listening area, expect a cool down in the weekend forecast. Remember, to get the latest weather information make sure to follow WCRD Weather on Twitter @WCRDWX.
